REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy
1.1. Fees paid for subscriptions or services at Level You Health and Wellness are non-refundable once submitted. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and support to help clients achieve their personal growth goals.

2. Cancellation and Refund
2.1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement: Clients may cancel their subscription or service within the first 7 days of starting the program or after the first 3 sessions, provided they have not fully utilized the services. To initiate a cancellation, clients must notify us in writing via email at levelyou360@gmail.com. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive the cancellation request.
2.2. Cancellation After Service Commencement: No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the start of the program. Once an order has been processed or a service has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.

3. Effect of Cancellation
3.1. Upon cancellation by Level You Health and Wellness, clients will receive written notice stating the reason for cancellation and any applicable refund details.
3.2. Upon cancellation by the client, all rights to access purchased products and services will be terminated immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
4.1. Fees paid for one-on-one consultations, personalized programming, and special workshops are considered non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the session/workshop has been scheduled.

5. Refund Processing
5.1. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
5.2. Deduction of Charges: Administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount, and if any services were partially utilized, a prorated charge will apply for the used portion.

6. No Warranty
6.1. Level You Health and Wellness does not provide warranties on the products and services offered. While we strive to deliver high-quality health and wellness services, we acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved. By participating in our programs or using our products, you accept these risks. In the event of damaged or defective items, we will address the issue through a replacement or refund, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority. This waiver does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Client Conduct and Responsibilities
7.1. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and follow-up consultation calls. Failure to do so may impact program progress and could result in discontinuation of services without a refund.
7.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for clients displaying disrespectful behaviour towards coaches or trainers, including verbal abuse or neglecting assigned tasks. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Temporary Suspension of Services
8.1. In cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances, clients may request a temporary suspension of services, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis without additional charges.

9. Service Transferability
9.1. Services are non-transferable to other individuals; cancellations do not allow for transfer or credit towards future programs.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Clients with disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should contact customer service at levelyou360@gmail.com for resolution efforts. Unresolved issues may be escalated to a third-party mediator.

11. Program Modifications
11.1. Level You Health and Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to program content, schedule, or coaches as needed; clients will be notified in advance if changes significantly affect their experience.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
12.1. All personal information shared by clients will be handled according to our privacy policy, ensuring data protection.

13. Jurisdiction
13.1. This policy applies to all customers within India and internationally, subject to applicable laws where the order was placed.

14. Final Decision
14.1. The decision of Level You Health and Wellness regarding refunds and cancellations is final and binding on both parties.
